Rescue Smile

 

Grace is finally coming into her own, relaxing into the fun of two morning walkies, playing with toys, delicious kibble and free roam of the house. She's still very reactive to other dogs which can make walkies a little troublesome, but she's the sweetest girl, warm and playful, tender, teasing, cuddly, interacting with us all and bringing joy.  Our new family member has been with us four months now, so we took off to our favorite haunt in Nasu, Pension Olive, for a wee spring break. 

She's a friendly wee girl, full of upbeat gutsy energy, always on the go, but at the same time warm and cuddly, sensitive to the point of overdrive at times, particularly when other dogs are involved.

Likes to play with you, very people friendly for a setter...

A lovely addition to the family. We're working on the dog reactivity on walkies, a new issue for me, trying to keep calm and stay under trigger thresholds, which can be a bit of an issue in the metropolis, but she's getting there.

Nobu is delighted with the newcomer, and has perked up quite a bit...shaky hindlegs get an extra sprightly boost from a young companion being around...
