She doesn't like raw vegies much, when i offer her a piece of lettuce or daikon, she just drops it without eating it. Well, it turns out she loves persimmon just like Orphe, scrunching happily ( i only eat them when they're still hard, not all gooey and soft). She also helped us munch some pineapple while watching the telly yesterday evening.

Fruity dog
I read on my friend's afghan hound blog about the demise of her dear Orphe, and remembered how she consoled me when I lost Sofie. So much love and support. Warm feelings. I read that Orphe loved persimmon, and thought to myself, well, we have some in the fridge, let me give Claire a try.
